Unity Tutorial 03

Big Struggles

This weeks unity tutorial has been a difficult one for me. In the previous unity tutorials I came across obstacles with my code and also with the software. In lesson 1.1 for some reason my car would not move forward in the play mode. This halted me from completing the rest of the tutorials how I would have liked as I could not complete them inside unity. After redownloading the software I decided to tackle the lessons from the beginning this week. As I did this I came across the same problem, this time my car moved once in play mode and each time I tried to play it again the vehicle refused to move. 

This is not the first dilemma I have faced when it comes to using unity. As I have had similar problems in the previous lessons, I used my initiative and decided to read through lesson 03. I watched all the videos inside the lesson and took notes for all the important information and steps. 

My plan is to contact my lecturer so I can share my screen via a teams meeting and figure out the problem with my vehicle. When I do this I will be able to move through the lessons and catch up on all the work I am behind in!
