Possible game look

The purpose of a GDD is to express the vision of your game. As I have started to write my game design document, it has become more clear to me that there are plenty of specifications that I am overlooking. Throughout the next few weeks I will return to my GDD with changes and updates for the document. I am yet to create flowcharts for my game which is something I intend on doing as soon as possible. To write my GDD I created an account on a webpage called Dundoc. This webpage provided me with a template for a game design document. While moving through the template and filling out the different categories I became aware that there are still a few specifics regarding game design and development that I am unsure of there meaning and purpose. Over the coming days and weeks I am going to study game design elements to make sure I have added all the elements I wish to in my game into my design document. The flow charts will make my game easier to understand and read in a design document. Some of the specifications I have included are not certain for development. I will include a link to my GDD below and I would appreciate if anyone who reads it would leave me a comment with some feedback.

  1. Hi Aaron, I'm glad seeing you're getting on well with this module. I really like that you're doing your own research and find resources to make your life easier throughout those tasks. Seeing the image you posted there I assume this is going to be a car game. I like the idea and you have the unity tutorials to help you achieve your goal. I have not gone on your GDD as is asking me to create an account before doing so. Denis.
